# Forest - public meetings scrape - 2026-08-03

Scraped with Lightpanda (`fetch --dump markdown --obey_robots`). Raw captures are cached under `docs/public-meetings/cache/2026-08-03/`.

## What stood out

- Council page rendered, but the capture is mostly council composition and political-life content.
- The future council dates visible in recent runs were not exposed in the narrowed 08-03 capture; no new agenda/PV link was found.
