## How It's Organised

Each category has its own file with entries. Every entry includes:
- **Name**, website, address, neighbourhood/commune
- **Summary** — what the place is about, what they offer
- **Key pages** — useful URLs from the sitemap for deeper lookups
- **Hours** — opening hours if available
- **Tags** — for cross-referencing
