Each category has its own file with entries. Every entry includes:
- Name, website, address, neighbourhood/commune
- Summary — what the place is about, what they offer
- Key pages — useful URLs from the sitemap for deeper lookups
- Hours — opening hours if available
- Tags — for cross-referencing
